Established in 1990, Neighbors assists the elderly allowing them to maintain their independence and remain in their own residences. Today, Neighbors is a thriving non-medical companion care agency. Our success hinges on hiring capable, caring workers to provide a range of services affordable to clients. We provide workers for a variety of “neighborly” non-medical tasks such as companion care, appointments, errands, and bookkeeping.
Our services include all the tasks families, friends and neighbors once offered each other as members of the same community. However, as families disperse, friends age, and neighboring families spend more time working, elders increasingly find themselves without traditional communal support. Neighbors strives to be that supportive and helpful community.

Our Caregivers
Neighbors takes pride in personally knowing our clients and caregivers, matching clients and caregivers for compatibility, maintaining consistency by assigning the same caregivers, monitoring job progress and satisfaction, and encouraging suggestions from clients and caregivers to improve our overall service. Our caregivers receive ongoing training and support to ensure continual growth.
How It Works
There is always someone available to answer the Neighbors phone during the day, Monday through Friday. Office staff members monitor the phones nights and weekends.
The Cost
Neighbors charges the same hourly rate for all services provided, with a two hour minimum required. Please call to discuss our services, rates, and any other questions you may have.
